A complex blood lab renovation delivered in an occupied downtown healthcare environment.

This project included phased renovation work that allowed existing operations to continue while Roberts coordinated major mechanical upgrades.

Scope included custom roof-mounted air handlers, exhaust fans, steam and hot water piping, and open protocol controls.
